Where does the tach signal come from? My tachometer is registering the tach signal properly. When I first start the car its at 750 rpms and when it idles in park its between 250-500 rpms?

I don't know the iacv inside and out so here I go. I have a low idle. The only thing I haven't done is replace the idle air control valve and/ or the ecu to relieve the low idle issue... According to the factory service manual the injectors are supposed to ohm in between 13.4 and 14.2 ohms. The first two injectors I have ohmed are showing 14.8 ohms? Is that too far out from spec? The injectors have 200,000 miles on them. Thanks

I have searched alot looking to resolve this problem. I have a 94 Lexus SC400 (CA emissions) 200,000 miles. I have a low idle to the point where the car shakes. It looks like it idles at around 200 rpms in drive and 400 in park. So far in attempt to fix this problem I have changed air filter...
