Twice since last week I have added brake fluid with no visable signs of the fluid leaking anywhere. I checked behind each wheel, and checked the master cylinder. Yet im losing fluid, help!!

When I start my 91 LS400 the car idles around 11-1200 rpms. It takes a while for it to go down to 6-500 rpms. Also the outside fans I guess AC fans never turn off. Had a new fan clutch installed but the car is still loud at idle. Anyone have any ideas?

My AC fan turns on at start up and does not turn off until the car warms up. The AC is not on, yet the fan turns on. Does anyone know why?
