What are the differences between the LS400 and SC400 1UZs? Which is better for a swap into a 93 Toy P/U. Did any come with a rear sump oil pan?

I might be able to pick up a 2uzfe that spun a bearing. Would it be affordable to rebuild or better off not bothering? Is the extra weight of the iron block even worth the few extra hp over a 1uzfe swap?

I am looking at picking up a 1uzfe to swap but the pickings seem to be a little slim up in BC. One I have found at a decent price so far has about 100,000 miles on it. All I know is that the yard says that it ran fine and has compression of 175-210. Is a 35psi variance enough to worry about...
