90 Lexus LS 400 ISCV
wHAT tells the ISCV to open and close? Is it the engine CPU or some other sensor? Mine seems to be functioning but not when it should. The idle will drop off for no reason at all.- redcarrara

Hi, I am new here, I have a 90 LS 400 that has developed a wandering idle. It actually cannot idle sometimes and stalls. This started on deceleration off exit ramps. It now happens randomly.
