I've been trying to locate the grounds in the engine bay of my 91 ls400. All I can find for the past couple days are electrical diagrams that don't really help and a thread about replacing them after 8 years. I've only found one that's right next to the fuse box but not sure where it leads...

I've been trying to diagnose an intermittant non start problem on my '91 ls400. I notice that when I start the car, I see a spark from inside the starter relay. My question is this, is it normal to see a spark glow inside the starter relay?

i have a 92 ls400 and my alternator is about go out. i searched the part number but it seems to be very specific (ls400 only): F4000-101138 denso F4000-27357 bosch just in case the parts stores are closed today, can i use an alternator from something else like a sc400 or another toyota...
