I usually just re spray the part...great pics i will be hopefully starting my swap soon i am going to opt out of the 4.3 vvti and go with the 4.0 it just seems like less of a hassel...

will do is it tedious or is it something that can be done fairly easily...I know i need the bellhousing assembly, and motor mounts and custom headers and wireing...those are the biggest issues correct or am i out in left field??

Does anyone have anyinsight about the wireing like i said i have access to the car and can get everything that i need off of it and i plan on keeping the stock 5 speed in my 4 runner b/c i hear its easier that way....thanks

I have access to a 4.3 v8 out of a lexus sc430 i can get anything off of it has anyone done the 4.3 swap (i am wanting to put it in a 1995 4runner 4x4) I have seen the 4.0 swap and wanted to be a little different....any info on making this work would be great thanks
