    Twin Screw Supercharger

I'm running a Magnuson M90 from C's in Japan who manufactured the kit for the Soarer and Celsior. It's a complete kit including manifold, blower and ECU. Running 7.5lbs of boost and putting 187 rw/kw of power. Makes a very nice drivable car out of the UZZ32 Active suspension Soarer.

Image below shows C's blower mounted in a UZZ30 Soarer (SC400) with coil springs. You can see that the only difference is the pulley, not snout length or motor changes. You can also see the difference in the way other parts are mounted to accomodate the large metal plate. Lower image shows...

Actually the information posted by Richwood on the Soarer UZZ32 is not totally acurate. The engine does not sit any further forward at all. Both block and engine mounts are the same as UZZ30 and 31. What happens is that everything on the front of the engine sits 42mm further forward due to...

Yeah that's the problem. We put an aftermarket controller in there, tune it all up and all is well. The we tootle around town at part throttle speeds for a few days and here is our clever Toyota learning ECU retrains itself and we lose the tune. The option is to drive at WOT all the time which...

It went from 132 rw/kw to 178 rw/kw with no tuning and just a mild steel 2.5" exhaust. It's very quiet as I'm partial to sleepers. I have an SMT6 Perfect Power piggy back sitting here waiting to go on, but I'm all confused by this closed loop / open loop chatter that I don't really understand...

Damien, When I go to add a pic it brings up a window starting with a URL. Does this mean that I have to have the pic already posted somewhere on the web and then html link to it?

Huge amount of work to make all those changes. Clever work eh? Is that blower from a Buick. All the pipes seem to be in the wrong place. What are you putting it into?

What a great read this thread has been. By way of introduction, my name is Rob Hayden and I started the Australian Lexus Soarer Club back in 1997. I was also instrumental in assisting Bill and Steve in the UK to kick off the TIFF. I run a Soarer UZZ32 with a genuine Japanese C's...
