Mate... if it's the same kit i used (i'm pretty sure it is) it only adjusted from 50% of the original signal to 200% of it.
ie: if my speedo said i was doing 100kph i could adjust it to read anywhere from 50-200kph.
Since what i was doing had to halve the frequency plus a little bit more...
