You'll be just fine with the Alpha. The 1UZFE doesn't have much torque. The Bravo doesn't even have a water pump in it. Worst case you can bypass the internal Alpha pump and put a crank driven one on it. Jeff

If you are thinking of future upgrades, There is no way an Alpha one will hold 500 hp for any length of time.

Ouch,that's a tough one. I think you would have to use a Toyota bell housing and weld the ears on that mount to the transom bracket. Maybe someone else knows? Jeff

The Velvet drive will work in either rotation. You will need to chsnge the orientation of the pump on the front of the transmission. RH and LH marks are cast into the pump housing. Jeff

Is it okay to put the Head unit outputs into the low level amp inputs? I have an aftermarket amp but it only has low level inputs. Jeff

Nevermind, figured it out. Now looks like i'll have to figure out how to retro an aftermarket amp to the factory harness. Shouldn't be too hard. anyone done this before? Jeff

I have the same problem, water next to the amp. When you unplug your amp does the Head unit still turn on? Jeff
