    Gotcha, so this isn't on a CD009 auto trans. The 1UZ is mated to a W58 using the swap kit from XAT, with their chromoly 13lb flywheel I believe you only need to use the curved spacer plate. Their instructions say to fit it with the curved end facing the engine, so it mates flat with the flywheel...

    A correction : this time I've found that I'm missing a few teeth from both my flywheel and starter. This is the chromoly 13lb wheel from XAT, and I'm fairly certain I used the bolt guide as instructed. You can see that engagement doesn't look like it needs to be any further out
