@gloverman know anything bout this?

I saw lextreme post about changing oil pumps and removing 1/4 in of the release valve to allow for the sump to bolt on, does anyone know if this will change the timing by any chance? Is it for sure that I could use a 3uz oil pump on a 1uz non vvti early model
