Hello, Lextreme! I’m going to be swapping a 3UZFE into my Mitsubishi Montero Sport and the engine I’m buying is from a 2006 Lexus LS430. When looking up the specs of this car, I’m seeing 276HP. I thought the 3UZ’s had 290/300HP. Why the difference and how can I get it back up the 300HP range...

What about the 2UZ? I pulled a 1UZ and the oil pump opening was about an 1” too small for my transmission. Looks like a 2UZ from a Tundra might have a bigger oil pump and opening.
