    If it has been cleaned, check that there isn't any water sitting around the plugs. The caps on the leads aren't the most watertight.

    Yeah, you need to change the ball joints, and you should get an alignment after doing it.

    Yeah, I have to admit it was a tempting project. And yeah, the suspension isn't too bad to fix, it's just not all that cheap. Didn't realise that the rego had lapsed, but shouldn't have been too hard being previously registered, as long as it wasn't modded I guess. Hopefully whoever bought it...

    Nah the EMV doesn't control the suspension, and if you're talking about the gold one that's done about 180k I'd seriously consider what you're getting yourself into. The suspension sounds like it's going to cost some money. The EMV does control Air con and displays error codes and rewiring it...

    Just in case you hadn't realised, there's actually two of those bushes, the horizontal one you've pulled out, and one vertically that's a pain in the ass to get out. Can take some pics later if you can't find it but it's pretty easy to work out.

    Not only is the power steering pump reservoir missing, so is the whole power steering pump.
