Well got the the Lexus gearbox modifications done thanks to threads on here. All bolted up to the hilux surf transfer box and speed sensor set to about 1mm. Shaft cut and modified speed sensor

Ok I'm using a oil filter relocation kit. I've got the plate to remove the origanal filter mount and I've waiting on the filter relocation mount. But looking at clearance it would be better upside down. I know the oil will drain back so I'm going to fit a one way valve. Do I need to fit only one...

I've started my l200 1UZ conversion and the oil filter housing is so close to the frame. I've seen the plates you can use to remove the housing completely and then run a remote oil filter. But I take it there are water lines going into the housing. Do I just connect these together or blank them...

Yes it is a front sump ls400 engine. I've got the Lexus gearbox and a hilux surf gearbox. I'll be using the Lexus gearbox and surf transfer box. I was planning on using the complete surf box but I'm not sure if the Lexus ecu will run the surf gearbox.
