    Controlling stock auto

I made enquiries to wolf about getting a v500 to run engine+trans. They didn't bother getting back to me. So either they can't actually do it (trans control) or the customer service is sh1t or both. So wolf was crossed off my shopping list. I have a PCS tcu waiting to be intalled when the lpg...

Standalone ECU The right Standalone ECU for me

early 1uz's are 4x2 injectors, so that's the same. ignition is via a distributor on each bank so sequential and also no change. the only other issue is single O2 sensor, but that's not much of a drama. you can leave the OE ecu controlling the transmission. there's wirring info in the technical...

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

Taken 5yrs to get this far (full vehicle rebuilt not just engine), it *will* be perfect eventually. :)

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

Coz I'm a perfectionist, it irritates me that it's coding even though I cannot detect any effect on engine/driving/shifting. It will go on the back burner for now. Ecu wiring will be changed later in the year with gas install so I'll have to resist the temptation fiddle with it until then...

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

Everything would be straight forward if I had access to the correct wiring diags for the original donor car. wtf signal is the ecu expecting to see from the speedo? I have VDO speedo running off the speed sensor on gearbox.

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

I've just finished checking the sub tps wiring and the ecu plug - they do match pin C 11 blu-red VC pin C 15 yel-blu VTA2 So is it true that jumping these two pins should clear the code 47? Or is there another fix for when the sub tps is deleted? Edit: On mine, the 22 pin plug is labeled C

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

code 47 flashes on the O/D light (all the errors show here) It's the only error I have left now the only info I have indicated pin C 11, Vc, blu-red pin C 15, Vta2, yel-bla My pin C 11 is blu-red My pin C 15 is yel-blu but there seems to be a lot of variation between ecu's/vehicles...

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

    a) it's the O/D light b) if it's disconected you don't see all faults as they occur c) the nearest "pro" is many hours drive away

    1UZ ECU Identity + Code 47

I know the code 47 is sub throttle which is deleted for the install into my hilux. And that the fix should be to jump the throttle Vc to the sub throttle VTA but my ecu doesn't match the wiring diags I have found and I don't know what vehicle the engine/trans/ecu is from. everything is...
