Now I got my skipper's license.....the only question was:"can you drive a boat?" I've just replyed:"of course!".....that was it. I hope the limitation is only for longtail boats, because i have only 18 foot.

I'm also interested in making the registration....but i still have a lot of things to do until my boat is complete. Maybe you can share your experience about how to get TABIAN RUEA with me. Next week I'll do my boating license. I had to wait for that until i have been living here for 2 years.
