2UZ-FE in place of a 1UZ-FE
Being as they are basically the same motor is it a direct long block swap other than the motor mounts? Also, the 1UZ in the GS400 is rated at 300hp/310ft and the 2UZ is 271hp/315ft. Is this simply the tune in the ECU and if so would the tune in the GS wake up the 2UZ bringing its numbers up or...- dirtybrd

4.7 into my LS400
Hey guys, just joined. I'm a long time Toyota/Lexus guy. I have access to a very good used 4.7 and want to swap in the my 4.0 in my 95 LS400.
