Thanks for the replies fellas check thermostat all good think i may have sovled the problem(hard to say though weather bit cooler now) i removed spot lights and cut some holes in my bullbar now sits on about 94 degrees on the highway should know more going up north for a couple of weeks still...

yeh rad is plumbed up with thermostat hose on bottom of rad,will check out which 'stat ive got,never thought about bypass cheers will have a look

engine goes well doesnt miss still makes power apart from idle issue but will sort that out on weekend ivac need cleaning i think. just worried bout cooking it

fan is set up as a puller on engine side of rad was set to come on at 70 degrees but now have it running all the time still no difference,its using coolant too have looked over everything and cant find any leaks and no coolant smell and no milky oil. Cheers

Gday all i have a couple of questions to ask regarding my 1uz into 91 surf going to run twin 2 1/4 into 2 1/2" single exhaust 1.do i have to use two cats or can i use a y pipe and use a single cat 2.do i have to use the sub o2 sensors any info would be great
