Exhaust done Right hand header Crossover pipe Keeping the standard turbo diesel exhaust from the trans crossmember back for now.

Making the Exhaust Using 2" from manifolds into collector, then 2.5" to muffler. Bends Flanges & Collector Original manifolds shortened. Die ground inside, very untidy from factory. Right hand side

Trans Mounted & Driveshafts in Installed the Transmission & Transfer Case. Transmission mount required modification as engine is mounted 30mm forward. Holes sloted and new holes drilled (not shown) Front Driveshaft shortened by 30mm & Rear lengthened 30mm.

Joing Surf Loom with Lexus Loom Spent some more time on wiring. After lots of searching and reading have matched up the Surf loom & Lexus loom. Plan is to use Glow plug relay as Fuel pump relay and existing Surf Main EFI & Starter relay. Anthony

Exhaust manifolds are standard early LS400, just had a little taken out of the runners. Keeping the front sump and fitting replacement steering damper.

More news V6 handbrake fitted Internal fuel pump fitted to diesel tank and bolted back into vehicle. Mazda MX5 (NA) fuel filter installed close to tank outlet. Engine ready for new timing belt and wiring up.

The plan is to avoid a lift and leave it at standard height.
