2uzfe engine bore.. how much is the maximum boring allowed for the block?

i have a simple problem with my 2uzfe engine.. there is a clicking sound at the left hand side from the steering wheel.. i open the engine hood and was looking for the problem. i looked for a long time but the sound seem to come from the engine.. so what do you people think the problem is?

i have build my engine 2uzfe with eagle rods and ross 8.5.1 pistons..and arp bolts .. my next is to turbo charge it.. what do you people think is better a single or a twin turbo? it has stock cams so how much max hp could i gain ? ill be supplying pics showing you what i did
