I was told the lexus crank was too hard to machine larger keyways into. Can anyone confirm this?

The rotors shouldn't actually touch, so the coating dosen't reduce friction. I think it provides a better finished surface without having to extra finely machine the actual rotors (takes up some of the imperfections and gaps). It Would also reduce some of the heat buildup.

Be wary of anything calculated with blower calc. I dosen't take horespower draw of the supercharger or blower efficiency into account. It is a VERY rough guide which gives you the impression that Blowers make unbelevable horsepower and aims to sell more of them. I reccomend that you read...

Very interesting. How do you ferment wood? I am familiar with fermenting grain, but what do they use for a wood source for methanol, woodchips i guess? So for racing use,ethanol on its own would be a slightly better fuel than petrol, but not quite as good as methonol due to its octane.

I have some supercharged boat footage to upload. I took it on my digital camera and the files are 10mb and 13.5mb and are video clip format that opens with Windows Media player. Do I have to somehow reduce them before I post them? I did a search and couldn't find any help. Andrew.
