Boost pressure around 14psi will definitely get you going towards 400rwhp. Is Zephyr Mark 2?

All good really, just need bigger blower to make it happen in the 7500 rpm range or as someone suggested ............ use 2 :) Would hope the traction fluid is good for more than 1000km!! Anyone know how long the fluid will normally last in hot conditions at 9psi boost levels?

How often does "traction juice" have to be changed out? I am guessing here but I feel the SC has run out of puff, you have opened up all the restrictions in the exhaust system, this would mean entire system is flowing more air. Maybe you need larger model SC of same brand

SC is probably not leaking anywhere, just no longer can keep up with engine air demand. And lower boost reading will also contribute to lower eng accel rate

In the USA they got those Powerstroke 7.3 diesels running 11 sec quarters in full size trucks. So yeah, plenty hotting up is possible for diesel engines. Just look at the diesel tractor pullers, they get some ultra serious horsepower from tractor engines

Something else, the price of fuel goes up and up and up, but curiously lubricating oil has hardly moved in price for years! Motor Oil is similar price here that it has been for years.

AUD$1.40 per liter here just now for 93 octane unleaded. Expected to make AUD$1.50 per liter in a months time and AUD$2.00 by Xmas time
