Turbo and Supercharger done in SC400 ???

Steve, true to some degree on the nos and if you use it all the time maybe you can spend $100 a month. Also if your are too lazy like me to hit a button you can just leave the button armed all the time, but just remember not to hammer down the accelerator all the way to the floor coming out of a...

    Offroad use?

I love your sandrails guys they look built and ready to rip... I think the 1UZ-FE engine would be a great choice and is very reliable and durable. The 4.0 liter size block with the dual over head cams makes for the engine to produce close to 300bhp on a sandrail...with a good exhaust and...

1UZ putting out 480Hp at 11,000RPM with 4 barrell carb

I have bought and sold over fifty SC400's and LS400's early models, pre 95's and have gotten a few of them with high mileage with very little maintenance done on them. I have had seen and changed original timing belts still on the car with over 200,000 miles on them. They may wear and crack...

    Possible Warning on SSAutochrome Turbo

I have never heard of SS auto and have been an active Ebay for years. I know Specter serves up sub-standard auto products on Ebay.. The best advise on this thread was Paypal does offer buyer protection. Believe it or not it does work. Dispute with a good reason like receiving a faulty product...

Turbo and Supercharger done in SC400 ???

Nos is a cheap alternative and produces the same horsepower fellas without all the fine tuning and fiddling that goes into a supercharger or Turbo setup. All for under $1000......but I would still rather be supercharged!!!!

Header install without the EGR Block????

I am looking over the EGR heat sensor that leads into the stock headers on my 1992 SC400 manifold and I am seriously considering removing that heat sensor from the stock manifold and carefully welding into the same place and location on the new S&S headers that will be installed this week. What...

Making the car faster with out hp gains?

The only other way I can think of that would make the car faster without producing more power gains would be altering the aerodynamic's of a car. That really doesn't apply to a street sportscar as they are already made from factory to be aerodynamically designed to a certain degree, and any...

    Celsior/LS400 Exhaust Idea

No I can't do that sound thing for you sorry pal - I can describe how it sounds in detail. I can drive it and be quiet around the city cruising at lower rpm's, you can even have mom in the car and she won't complain. Hit the gas hard and that all changes and I would say anything over 2500rpm...

Supra TT Big Brake Upgrade for SC400

Sc400T- Thanks for the heads up. The 5/16" spacers is the minumum offset that I can use to clear those calipers. 5/16" is not much, so I think I should be ok. These spacers I am having made are exactly fitted with a sleeve to squeeze into the rim hub itself, almost be coming part of the rim...
