Ive used these same headers on my 2wd 94 Courier with no clearance issues, just had to move remote oil filter as engine is from Crown. Only about 10 mm clearance at steering shaft is nearest point.

My M90 has 8 rib pulley and is 2.8 inches accross where belt contacts. Is this pulley standard as apparently 6 rib is on M90? Are the pulleys measured on the very outside edge or where the belt runs? I am trying to calculate what boost this will generate and was wondering if using intercooler...
