    It seems that "most" places are charging from $2000-2500 for a Crown or Celsior halfcut, but i have seen a couple of others for less than $2000. Having a cut stripped of its dressing wouldn't be a problem for me if it meant saving a few hundred bucks, as long as the silly thing ran goodly.
