The Wolf - Oh so close!!!!

Naa - not for our original plans! The original intention was to go fairly modified with engine in stages, go high comp, flowed heads etc, including the dual intake thats on the car now. For various reasons beyond our control we're only going to run the 1UZ in the NSW championship, the engine...

The Wolf - Oh so close!!!!

Hey Zuffen, We get em from Turbo Exhaust at Smithfield - all 90deg bends plus some straights, mostly offcuts. Collector is real cheap version too. Not sure we'de do it the same way again, its just not as nice a job as you'd get done on site with the right angles... You dont really notice...

oil cooler - worth it or not

Ive wired the car so that I can spin it up without ign to get oil pressure before flicking the ign switch. Not sure if this is going to be necessary as Im not sure how long its going to take to get pressure up, but thought it couldnt hurt! Dumb question time: Is there any way of priming the...

I want your oppion (engine placement)

Nice job so far I reckon. What are your plans for exhuast mani? Will you have to remove more firewall? Will you be able to get engine in and out on its own, or will it be bolted to gearbox already? (we have to do this with the racecar due to input shaft from gearbox) Looks like a fun...

oil cooler - worth it or not

I asked a similar question (Im in an a-arm buggy, roughly 2000 series jimco size) and got a favourable response. We're gonna do it and mount the cooler next to the radiator behind the drivers head.

    Fuel Rail Question

Weve already got a t-peice further down the line for our gauge after the high pres pump. Good suggestion though! If it wasnt already plumbed I would have done that!

The "Raider" 1UZ buggy, images and video

Niiice... the tyres look pretty small, what size are they? Are you running them at the moment to overcome your gearing issue with a plan to change them later? Whats the suspension configuration? Double A-arm all around? what hubs, spindles, uprights are you running? our 1UZ is going into...
