    crankshaft blower pulley

Boosted Tundra....I'm running a custom 6" pulley and pulling 8 to 9 lbs of boost (with stock polley it is around 6 lbs of boost) with the TRD supercharger....6.9" would probably put it up around 13 or 14 lbs???? Do you have experience with running the 6.9" pulley? Wayne

Why do old farts buy fancy sportcars?

Jibby....I can take some ribbing....:o) dyno'ed at 610 hp @ 6100, 575 lb/ft at 4400. I drive to the track, let the air out of the tires, run low 6.70's at 104 (10.30's @ 129 in the 1/4) as long as I want to, temp stays 180-190 degrees, air up the tires and drive back home. There are a lot of...

    Engine Build Up (II)

Hey David, some great engineering work! Looking good! I've got my engine about 2/3 back together...waiting on 2 dumb valve adjusting shims before I can put the other cams in. For some reason, they seem hard to get. Anyhow, you are da MAN!!! Wayne

    Engine Build Up (II)

Also, SamB, keep in mind what the 2UZ is used in/for. My stock tundra is redlined at 5300 rpm (not for long, though.... Not sure what it is redlined at in the Sequoia and other SUV's. It is a very strong engine for what it was designed for. I can tell you it wasn't designed for...

    Engine Build Up (II)

I agree with ed, loctite works well...I've used it as a sealer/locker many times...the Japanese gray sealer they use on all their engines is good in that environment also. Wayne

    Wayne's World

No Sir Stroke is 4.00, bore is 4.250 exactly the same as a big block but it is in a small block configuration. Mitchell makes the blocks so he can bore them bigger than 4.155, which is about the biggest you can go in a 400 block. 4.060 bore is about the biggest you can get out of a 350 block...
