    New toy for the garage

nah no turbo manifolds, been thinking of doing some nice merge collectors though, 7degrees bends cutting them up under the angle and try and weld them together. they are expensive as hell to buy off the shelf, so that's something to do myself, tried to do normal steel aswell and that's a...

    fabricating tubular front wishbones

place your question on www.locostbuilders.co.uk they´ll help you out. rethink geometry in the suspension set/up first before taking the welder out, you can easliy ruin the driving caracteristics on a car by doing this. grtz Thomas

defenatly not a problem in NA, Kawasaki ZX12r from 2004 and on have returnless syetems stock and do 190hp from 1200cc's boost? I don't know. why would you convert anyway? there's not a single piece of hp to gain in that manner. just easier to build in a factory + saves a return system and...

    Phenolic Spacers

I think even if you introduce a wedge in the insulator you will experience at least 1 extra bend in the intake. the only way to solve this completly is shaving the manifold or shaving the head. you can shave about 3 to 4mm of the manifold, which if the insulation is as good as it says should be...
