Does anyone know the deck height of the 2uzfe (should be the same as the 1uz or 3uz) and the distance from the crank center line to the top of the block deck?

I'll leave that up to the machinists, but I do think you bring up good points about the expansion rates, and I'll make sure to mention that I would imagine it will be made out of the same material as the upgraded billet mains that are made for the 2jzgte available from titan motorsports

Titan sells them for the 2jz motors, so google titan motorsports and you'll be able to find them I wanted to have a 1 piece girdle made

I think I'm just going to have a girdle made if it is somewhat reasonable It'll replace my factory aluminum piece as well

I didn't measure the thread diameter, so I will take your word on that The 7/16th is the same width as the 11mm, so if drilling and tapping 2 more holes per cylinder is causing metal fatigue issues, I myself would probably step it down to either a 10mm thread, or if I used an american thread...

Thanks! I actually decided to disassemble mine tonight, so I stripped it down and it looks as if the areas for the mains to bolt to for main caps 2, 3 and 4 are somewhat thin It seems like you could just use thinner main bolts for the 2 extra bolts being added to the block? Obviously it...

How do you (or do you) plan to make it plug and play for the 2uz vvti motors? Would a 2uz vvti owner have to use an older SC harness and run additional wires ... or ?

I haven't disassembled my block yet, can you post pics? Is it every main, or just one particular number?

What was the max you saw possible, and what was the interferring factors, was it throw circumference/height to piston location at bottom dead center, or was it block clearance on a certain cylinder or ... Thanks!

Have you measured? What's the maximum stroke you see as possible before the crank throw interfers with the side of the block, or the piston possibly comes down low enough to interfere with the throw?
