    I have been told that the Vortech SC that is included in the RMM kit is good for 700hp or more unfortuantely the design of the kit doesnt allow you turn up the boost high enough to make that kind of hp Also as an FYI after being Supercharged and turboed, I to prefer the Supercharger.

    I dissagree, the guys I know that ditched the RMM SC for a turbo setup did it because the RMM system could not give them the power they wanted. It wont work over 11 psi or so

    yea both sides were done. The oil loss may be unrelated but I dont see anythihg in the radiator. It could be as simple as someone increased the fpr when they put it back together.

    Well I drove about 1000 miles since the replacement so the ECU has probably normalized as much as it is going to and I never got any steam, just overheating. But thanks for the ideas. Now I have bigger problems, it looks like all my oil is going somewhere.

    Yes the rods could be an issue in the post 98 1uz, I'm glad I lucked up with a 98 which had the thcker rods. That last rod is a beast, driving a car that actuallytook advantage of the extra strength would be a bit too much for me. Heck 500 hp is pushing it for me.:Eyecrazy:

    I dont think you will be able to do much without a way to tune the fuel at least. Anything over 5 psi or so is going to make the stock ecu have fits. You could run a piggyback to help tune. Or I suppose you could try to do some rudimentary tuning with a PSI regulator, I wouldnt though.

    forget about the FI issue the thing you need to look into is your engine. The stock engine is not likely to handle that much HP, Neither is the stock tranny

    I dont want to jack the thread but we did a complete rebuild on the engine and put 8.5:1 forged pistons in it.
