Yes as gary M has said you can use the US GM ecms to run the 1UZ. My son and I developed a "Reluctor/hal effect interface box" which takes in crank and cam signals form the stock 1UZ engine and processes them so the GM ecm thinks that it is being driven from a reluctor or hal effect type...
