I have some crank overlay pulleys made to mount inside the 2UZFE crank pulley. I would like to know if they will fit the 1 and 3 UZFE crank pulleys. Does anyone know if the 123UZFE crank pulleys are the same--or have an old pulley that I could have a loan of to verify fit? 828-456-1815 ex 12...

    Parts overlay crank pulley

I have some 2UZFE crank overlay pulleys left over from my Powerdyne S/C kits I now use the Rotrex and drive it from the accessory belt so I do not need these any more. They also come with a fan spacer to provide clearance for the drive belt. They are 6 rib and 6.9" diameter. They...

    My UZ's boost limit

This sounds dangerous---the first thing you should do is fit a fuel pressure gauge at the regulator as the fuel leaves the rail and put it in a place that you can see when running. Make sure that there is no pressure drop at max RPM/boost. It is possible that you are running out of fuel.

    Turbo Gains on 1UZ-FE!

I'm not sure what all the lengthy letters are about, but in my opinion with the proper fueling and some timing retard at the top end you should expect at least another 100 rwhp with 6 psi regardless of whether you use supercharging or turbo. My experience is with centrifugal supercharging...

    How to make 450 - 500 hp on 1UZ ??

RWHP rear wheel horsepower measured on a chassis dyno=actual HP to the ground FWHP flywheel (engine only ) horsepower. To accurately measure this the engine would have to be out of the car and set up on an engine dyno. This is how the manufacturer quotes horsepower because it sounds more...

    395hp, 509ft/lb 4.7L Turbo Tundra

My supercharged setup produced 284 RWHP on the 2000-2004 and 310 on the 05-06. I am in the pocess of changing the kit to a Rotrex -air to liquid intercooled set-up. I am a little concerned about the safe limits of the 2UZFE motor. Did you make those fantastic HP numbers on stock...

    Rotrex Supercharger?

I just finished designing a kit for the new V6 4.0 Tacoma motor I used the C30-94 Rotrex and air to liquid intercooling Stock wheel horsepower was 212 and at 6psi my kit makes 305rwhp and at 8psi 330 I love the rotrex as it produced great low down torque as well as good top end. It...
