Just bought a new engine, but the ecu did not follow it. The engine is from a Ls400. Think it is a 91 model.

They must have been faulty. It was used injectors from a skyline gtr.

Mine is also running very nice with the race series. But of course this is a 1uz, so no problem.

I solved the problem today. It was acutually the injectors that caused it. Installed my new Delphi 1000cc injectors and it ran very smooth afterwards. Now I'm going to tune it on a dyno on Friday. Then we will see what power the T51R can deliver on this engine...

I'm having some trouble with my engine after rebuild with forged internals. The engine sometimes misfires on rpms over 3000. When the boost comes on it always misfires a bit. It seems as a 2-4 cylinders are cutting or something. But the idle is fine, and mostly the cruising is fine. Everything...

Cribbj, Are you sure that the injectors are fried with direct 12v if they are low impedance? I always thought that the resistors was there for to save the injector outputs on the ecu.

Does anyonw have a good idea where to take out the waterlines to the cooling of a turbo? And where to return it to the engine. Was thinking of drilling and taping a hole on the bridge between the heads both in front and the back.

The rod bolts are the arp that came with the Argo rods. Could not find any torque data with them. Thanks for the 10x1,25 data!

Do anyone know what torque to use on the arp head, main and rod studs and bolts? Could not find the correct info anywhere?

I have heard of 800hp vh45 turbo engines with stock bottom end. And I think there is a boat running twin turbo with around 1000hp.
