    Look at camshafts in planetsoarer.com for exhaust cam theory info. There is talk of a 40hp increase from a mild exhaust cam grind. Regards Matt

    New Bloke, Diff Ratio?

    Congratulations on choosing a 1UZ FE. I have got my 1UZ in a 320 BMW with a 3.15 to 1 diff and it goes great. 2500 rpm @ 100 kmh and still does 0 to 100 in just under 6 sec, it is only 1300 kg though. Regards Matt.

    slipping clutch. PEEWEE are you there?

    All sorted thankyou everyone. The pressure plate suppied had only a 500 kg clamping force, thanks Castlemain rod shop for the heavy duty pressure plate!!!!! The helpful clutch guy I found suppied a 950kg one out of the box for A$155. I now have it installed and it works a treat. Regards. Matt.
