    Kept bracket on the engine just pulled original cabel out of it,went to scrapyard got long cabel,cut it at the lenght I need and thats it....

    I just modified Lexus cabel to suite my truck,made it longer and kept original 1UZ bracket.

    Went to UK almost a year ago.Was for sale here in Ireland long time,nobody wanted it.... So put it on good old Ebay and sold it within couple days.Was great daily truck....

    Just use LS400 shifter.Cut shorten/extend reweld it job done.It works no problem,did it on my 1976 GMC,had to shorten it...

    Thanks.My future plan also would be 350z manual box and couple turbos or supercharger to add here.Have to save some money for parts.... Truck running great but need a bit more power.But still good daily drive. Good luck with your project!

    The bigest challenge for me was wiring...It took me a lot of reading and then figure out all that thing as I had not much understanding about it... But finally I did it.
