Lookign good. BTW some standalones and piggybacks have fan control built in -The MAF T Pro might have it as well. On the bypass valve - run a hardline most of the way to it - its pretty far from the intake and if you use vacuum line that far you will get some delay.

Port matching of 2 flanges can be done in yoru garage. An actual full P&P job is best left to someone with a flowbench and an intimate knowledge of head flow. You can hurt a head as easily as you can help one. A dremel is in no way shape or form sufficient for porting. You will burn them up...

Last I checked Autronic only has control for 2 variable timing cams. I don't know about Motech or Haltech. AEM can control 2 as well, but the 3UR has 4 cams that need control.

The 3UR-FE rods look good for a low boost application, but personally I wouldn't try to put more that 550 orr 600 HP through them. Still Head design + displacement advantage = UR series for the win. The main issue is engine management - I don't know of anyone making anything that can control 4...

The FT-HS concept came out a while ago. Its not necessarily the next Supra.

I think he said its hard to get the header off, but that would be my reccomendation - get the bung welded in right by the stock sensor.
