awesome. i got the intake loose yesterday in half an hour but dont have the gaskets so i gave up when the mosquitos started biting ;) i see what they meant about the tb coolant bypass.. those hoses were annoying as hell to get loose. thanks for the info

no way of disabling the egr through the computer.. a block off plate is not the entire solution... if you just use a plate, the computer will still expect the EGR, fueling will not be correct

because of the LSx motor a stock z06 is untouchable already... unless youre driving a 500,000$+ supercar like a carerra gt, enzo, koenigsegg, maserati mc12.. etc..

really doubt you would have a problem running the stock ignition..

having a dry shot stuck into a plastic line is not really a danger, just half assing it. nitrous isnt flammable so its not like its going to leak out and cause an explosion ;)
