full exhaust is done. pictured from left to right(downpipe,part of the turbo manifold is hiding, then the midpipe, and the muffler section. full 3", all mandrel bends. downpipe all wrapped not pulling the turbo out anymore...fab is DONE! passenger i/c piping driverside i/c step colder...

question about the IACV vacuum connection? when you delete the egr and then loop the vac lines back on them selves is the the IACV not getting a vacuum reference?

turbo manifold bits and pieces koyo mk4 radiator, alum shroud, radiator hardlines etc dont worry all paint will be stripped off and final prepped before being coated/wrapped moved the ac lines, and modified the rear most cyl tube on the headers to clear a 3" dp with .5" to clear in...

not claiming anything but im intrigued to see what i put down when the time comes. how much HP you think the auto is sucking out compared to a r154?

this setup is pretty similar to mine. 93 1uzfe, holset h1c, 315cc cressida injectors, bell tech RRFPR, walbro 255lph, r154 with one of the highest TQ 3sgte clutches i could afford! haha. rated for 450 but im sure ill be knocking on that door real soon. shes not on the road yet, still fabbing...

well i installed my koyo MKIV supra radiator, sc300 overflow. aluminum radiator lines, abs/CC/egr/Hyd fan delete, ls400 fan bracket, dual 12" fans, soldered in my new LCD screen and got that pesky door lock actuator installed. over the past week or so

well since andy(profile18) is neglecting his thread ill chime in with a new timing belt, wp, and correct timing and he finally drove his 1uzfe w58 cressida. i welded in his o2 bungs on his modified header and now i gotta fab him up an exhaust.

well what about the H-beam chevy rods? what is needed to make them work on our 1uz motor? forged chevy rods can be had for 1/2 ^^^^^ these prices
