What can be deleted off the motor without causing ill effects?

I'd consider a thicker piece of plate for the bracket. Over time that will crack - had a similar problem on my 87 Celica GTS years ago when I fitted a hi-amp GM alternator to it and made a custom bracket.

I have the mount, but need batteries for my camera. You just want the round rubber thing right? Damn Wii is eating all of our batteries.

    IS200 Swap from 1G-FE to 1UZ-FE

http://links.pictures.aol.com/pic?id=d610zsDH9E7vNrbqMEomOYFL*TdHHkhb3LL6&size=l I believe this pic shows all the EGR stuff. My JDM engine came without any of that stuff, so there is some futzing around required to remove it all. Search for "EGR delete mod"...

    IS200 Swap from 1G-FE to 1UZ-FE

I believe a kit for the Ford 5.0 works for the 1UZ. It's on here somewhere - search for "oil filter relocation".

More to follow shortly. My PC parts will be back in my possession soon so I can assembly the motor for the last time and get this in once and for all.

    1UZFE..... what tranny?

Get the LS 341 and use the bellhousing, torque converter, oil pump and input/planetary. Then the only issue is the wiring. Not sure about the 341 BH fitting the 440, but it should (the 341 BH fits the 340, plus I bought a Tundra BH and it also fit my 340 - I think V8 Tundra has 440 series?)

    1UZFE/2UZFE into a 2nd Gen 4Runner (U.S.)

Just waiting on my parts to come back from VA. Turns out the coolant pipe that goes under the intake is too long for my buddies oven, so that piece may have to be done locally if I get too impatient for him to finish his larger oven. There's no shortage of other stuff to work on, but I am...
