If you are planning on putting a 1uz into a HQ/WB you mite fined the alternator hits the steering box, more so with a power steering. You can cut into the heater/air con box moving the motor close to the firewall. Another option is a Rack and Pinion conversion. With this in mined here is a Link...

OK pumps now working fine, some dipstick(ME) had put the flow control valve in back wards. I swear when I put it together the first time it looked much better backwards.....
