    that's not a turbo! that's a water /gas pump. see the funny looking thing in the bottom of two of the pics? with the two "adaptors"? these are generally connected to pipes that either draw methane from under old refuse sites to power engine to create electricity and sell back to the grid...

    1UZFE into S15 Silvia, help please

    first of all i'm pretty sure it's illegal to fit an new engine to chassis that is older than the original engine. so it ould more than likely have to be a 4.3L 3UZFE ($$$) or a the 1UG engine (again, $$$). or, you could just sell the NA S15 and buy a turbo model for a lot less headache.

    M90 and SC12

    MWP is correct. some enthusiasts spin the SC14 to 11,000 rpm with no damage - even though they are rated to 10,000. however i think 14,000 is a "little" optimistic :Eyecrazy: !!!! Toyota's rating for the SC12 is 12,000rpm. But then, Toyota's rating for the 1UZFE is 180kW....:sleeping:

    it's the mini-hemi - 3.4L if i remember correctly. out of the old toyota century's and such. rodders used to use them in T buckets because they're all alloy and look like a "stock block" hemi and such weigh far less than a hemi and a more economical. good engines - the 5MGE pistons are...

    12 psi on stock 1UZFE, Is it safe?

    you can upgrade to 7MGTE 440cc injectors, or RX7 550cc injectors for a quick and easy bolt in fuel issue fix. adding 2 extra injectors is - and always will be - a stop gap.

    looks great! i like your MSD COP setup! what computer are you running? are they timed off the stock crank trigger or did you fabricate a cam trigger to run them when you removed the dizzys? what's the yellow sticker for?

    why drive twin chargers? remember, belt drives cost power. then you have to fabricate a manifold to suit. buy a bigger single and be done with it.
