Looking good CHe. I bought all my fittings and hose from Summit racing USA, heaps cheaper than anywhere in Australia and delivered to my door. As above -6 (3/8) hose it what you need.

Why do things like this keep me awake at night. With the second nozzle pre supercharger you are cooling the air charge pre supercharger and not pre throttle body so the volume of air cooled theoretically will shrink pre supercharger and assist in drawing more air through the throttle body...

Some interesting things happening here by the looks of things. I would have thought that by adding the second nozzle the temps would have dropped which would have caused the MAP (boost) to drop as well. But, I'm thinking that the extra water / meth evaporation and expansion caused the MAP to go...

I have drawn up a cad file to get a top plate cut to suit the Harrop TVS 1900 and richwood manifold if you need it.

Spend the money on a TVS or twin screw or you will only regret not going that way in the future.

That does look nice Andrew, don't forget you will need ports for vacuum for your brakes, PCV, idle control valve and the supercharger bypass valve pick up to be in that manifold as well so maybe put some flats on the sides so it can be drilled and taped for fittings. Are you going to get them...

I honestly don't think you both will have any problems at all, like I said the 70mm std throttle body scares the poo out of me running about 11 psi. it's only when you do the maths and work out the air requirement that it starts to suck up the top end a bit. I'm not expecting to gain a big lick...
