The height controller for the LS400 won't work in a Soarer. Any improvement after disconnecting the battery?

You'd need some serious engine mangement to get it running and the benefits you get from ITB's such as sharer throttle response would be mostly lost through an auto transmission.

The plenum won't affect the effective runner length as the runners begin at the mouth of the trumpet whether they're enclosed or not.

I believe the timing signal comes from the 12 tooth wheel on the crank - the sensor is right down the bottom.
