Check for a cracked intake hose or a dirty throttle body. Those are my first two guesses.

What's normal voltage from the O2 sensors?

So I plugged in the Techstream today and got short term fuel trims around 2% and long terms around 19%. Those should be closer to zero right?

Update: since installing my modded intake tube (which is just the stock tube with the resonator removed) I noticed that the induction noise gets louder when the ACIS switches to short runner around 3700rpm. Maybe that's normal because the long runners will muffle the sound? Or could that be a...

Does the 2UZ power steering pump fit on the 1UZ block? Because I believe the alternators are interchangeable if you grind off one of the mounting tabs on the 2UZ model... So maybe the PS pumps swap too??
