Yes but isn't this the same engine that using ENTIRELY stock internals, stock freaking everything except for changing to turbos that they made 1000bhp on? Okay it still can't compete price wise at all but then how much is a new LS(460 now?) block? I bet it ain't cheap....

sorry to be a bit off topic but would you mind if I asked a few questions? What cobra kit are you running? Where did you get the engine mounts from? If its not a FFR kit do you think your engine mounts would fit? If it is an FFR kit can I get some of your engine mounts :P

As a side note the second butterflys I don't believe is anything to do with traction control, its to do with getting fuel injection working right (smooth) on bikes because from what I understand it has never been easy on bikes as it has been on cars, though I can double check this tomorrow.

pwd, if you don't mind me asking, how much is your whipple kit and associated pieces from Andrew? What sort of power are you hoping to make? From what I understand the whipple should be able to take 30lbs/psi, so by this point I should be able to hit enough power to make 500bhp at the wheels?

Yes as Justen said, it seems its not even just pre-vvti, its pre-95 engines with the stronger rods.

Renault Avantimes are really quite rare here in the UK so I would imagine they would be quite expensive even if you did go through a breakers yard (if you could even find one that had one). I've seen reviews of new cars with electric PS pumps and have said it makes the steering feel very vague...
