Has anyone seen a tutorial around for doing this? I have seen one about 3 years ago on the web but have not been able to find it again. Basically a breakdown of the R154 to change the 1st gear thrust washer to a chromolly (from brass i think) for added strength. Cheers, Judd.

Unsure on what pressures/power, but you can "O-Ring" the block. This involves machining on the mounting surface around each cylinder.. Judd.

Looks like a beast of a turbo charger!! I want to go something similar to this... With a correctly prepped 1uz, how much power could you make with this turbo..? Also how much are you expecting and on how much boost? Just curios, but how much did it cost you and where from? Judd
