By positioning the pipe into the throttle body mouth, you are robbing the IACV of air due to the vacuum created as the throttle opens. Just vent the end of the pipe to atmosphere with a small filter on the end. Power steering noise is due to air in the pump. Jack the front wheels of the ground...

Use a 12v bulb and apply 12v to one side and a wire from the 'W' wire (See diagram below) at the ECU to the other side, then just bridge terminals TE1 and E1 in the diagnostics port and switch on ignition. You can now count the flashes the same as you would with the dash check light...

Do you have 12v at the +B terminal in the diagnosis port?

Sideshow and Gloverman earn their respective livings from these conversions and as a result don't give anything away other than sharing a few cryptic musings. Anyhoo, have you connected that black/red wire to the ignition yet?

The black/red wire needs ignition 12v.

Also, try a new pressure cap.

That port is for the cold start injector.

Link them to the main O2 sensors.

The kickdown wire (KD) needs to be earthed to activate kickdown. There's diagrams at the bottom of this page.

I refitted the A/C to a 1KZ-TE Surf with a VVTi 1UZ. I managed to fit a 16" electric fan on the engine side of the 1KZ radiator which allowed the A/C condenser and fan to go back in their original positions. I used the Surf's dryer as well and gave it a polish. I'll leave the plumbing/gassing...

Yes. VSC ECU is the Vehicle Stability Control. It controls the suspension movement when braking and/or cornering hard.

It's controlled by the main engine ECU.

Yup, they're all like that. Celsior engines are cleaner due to no EGR system.
