I have used Hydraulic fans on all sorts of jobs , lots with aftermarket ecu so switching is easy. The 3uz uses a fan ECU so I woud need to look into how well it would function with a hydrofan and Im a tad busy to do so atm sorry.
With the correct info the SC400 and soarer are super easy to get running. And it seems I had the correct info. We have bellhousings in NZ which are commonly available and I keep them in stock.

I have done plenty of these and all powersteer models use the stock 1uz powersteer pump. I like the smaller 1uz alternator however the larger body ones still fit. Some of the lowered utes we space the steering box out which corrects the side to side steering lock difference.
Very cool to share this. Often there is no good reason the manufacturer changes small things except so it won't fit between models. Thanks for sharing.
