    Ya I'm not 100% clear on that 15% thing in the sae j1349 standard but it's supposed to be corrected to a specific barometric, density, temperature set if variable and is supposed to be what all new vehicles etc are tested to. The uncorrected numbers are 523whp/547ft-lbs which is pretty close...

    whats your ignition advance at say 160/180/200kpa and 4,000/5500/7000rpm? I'm actually serious about trying to figure out whats going on cause in my head I think the dyno is wrong but at the same time I dyno'd with the automatic trans and 8psi with a max of 424hp/450ft-lbs dyno is a dynocom...

    Intake Mani hasn't been done yyet, that was a dead stock motor but running 12psi. Original dyno was done at 8psi. Doing the math for 8psi vs 12psi, 1/4 mile MPH and weight it should be making in the neighborhood of 450whp@12psi uncorrected or 485-490corrected to sealevel numbers with intake...

    Good to know, oddly enough have never heard that vertical cores cool better? Always assumed it was a packaging decision, ie great for front facing intake manifolds in a twin turbo configuration with a dual inlet lower and single outlet upper
