if your luk flywheel has been machined, and is not a raw casting on the area where the balance holes are then you do not machine that area. if it is raw castin then you will need to machine it off and rebalance the flywheel

depends on the brand. Luk already has the material on the outer profile machined down enough so you're not taking material off of where it's balanced. Otherwise you should, but do not neccesarily have to.

I remove all the material .1" back from the ring gear. I don't know how else to explain it.

I JUST POSTED INSTRUCTIONS IN MY LAST POST! I have done what you are talking about hundreds of times. this is a 3vz flywheel already modified to work with the 1uz.

turn the back off .1" from the ring gear. move bolt hole pattern out to 1.575R

The mkiii has a dual wishbone suspension as opposed to a McPherson style which is one the 240sx and Cressida. If you go low enough the wheels will eventually camber but then you will have really bad steering geometry and zero suspension travel. To do it properly you will need custom adjustable...

the oem clutch masters have a very soft feel but once you go to a 3/4 bore it stiffens up a lot.

I almost did this 2 years ago. just couldn't bring myself to hack the sheetmetal on a low mileage 92.

one is a m10X1.5 and the other is a slip fitting retained by the roll pin.

and, the screw in side is the bleeder side. the roll pin side id the master side of the bearing.
